Cancellation Policy

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched.

Service Cancellation

For any services booked or subscribed, you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start. Any cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product/service is defective or not as described.
  • If cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
  • If we are unable to deliver the product/service.

Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

Non-refundable Items

Some items/services may not be eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Personalized services or custom work
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”
